The centre offers both proactive and reactive services to individuals, groups and communities. In terms of the reactive program (Counselling services) we offer a 24 hour telephone crisis line, Face to Face counselling via appointment, Online counselling that can be accessed via our website www. lifeonline. co. za. All our counsellors are trained volunteers who donate their time as a service to the community. Counsellors are trained to empower callers / clients to cope better with their lives. Our counsellors are able to keep confidences and are unbiased and accepting. NO PROBLEM IS TOO BIG, OR TOO SMALL... IT IS OK TO ASK FOR HELP!
