    Negative: Not Professional.

    Good Morning. I logged a call for repairs to my oven on 10 February 20** - reference CAR-176***-8. My parts arrived on 12 February 20**. My repairs were conducted on 22 February 20**. The nominated service provider has conducted repairs and now advised that something else needs to be replaced. I now have doubts on their knowledge and credibility for such repairs of the selected service provider, and wonder whether they know their job or not. They do not have the required tools and also come with replacement parts, which are not ORIGINAL. Please assist and supply all ORIGINAL parts and also ensure that the repairs are concluded by no later than 24 February 20**, as I am prejudiced. Regards Y Khan 0835*****3
